All returns must be shipped back to BON BON VIE within 14 business days of receipt. In order to be considered for a refund you must produce the following:
• Receipt of transaction
• Items must be in an unused condition
o All associated accessories must be present
• Items must be in original packaging
• Shipping is paid by the customer
Eligible returns will be processed within 5 business days and a refund will be applied to your account. Refunds are subject to issuer’s entity timeline.
